Have you been taking pictures of your real estate listings with your phone and posting them to MLS while you wait on your photographer to have time to come out and take + edit images, then get them to you? Stop what you’re doing!

Not to sound harsh, but those low-quality images you’ve taken are the ones that real estate platforms like Zillow and Trulia are pulling and sharing. Even if you update your MLS listing, potential home buyers are going to see your photos rather than the professionally angled ones we (or your photographer of choice) have taken. This can hurt your marketing plan big time and limit your ability to highlight the best parts of your newest listing.
